Product Security Case Studies FAQ Book a Demo

Book a Demo

We'll load a home at your scale and walk the dashboards your teams would actually use, then show you the first three risks Ascenix surfaces out of them.

  • Which EHR or EMR you run.
  • The incident dashboard.
  • The compliance table, live.

Bring whoever asks the hard questions

Your DON, your QA lead, your security reviewer. We would rather handle it in the first meeting than the fourth.

We'll come back within one business day. Your details are used to arrange the meeting and nothing else.

No surprises in the process

The discovery call

Thirty minutes on a home at your scale. If the fit is not there, we will say so rather than book a second meeting.

Setup, on our side

We connect to your EHR, wire in your policy thresholds and build your custom columns. There is nothing to install and nothing for your IT team to run.

A pilot you can walk away from

30 or 60 days, with a check-in halfway through. Cancel before it ends and you get a full refund. Start with Falls, add modules when they make sense.

Pilot scope, pricing and contract terms are covered on the call, including 30-day no-cause termination language where corporate policy requires it.

Cancel before it ends and you get a full refund. The pilot rate carries on afterwards.

Before you ask

Is the pilot paid? What if it does not work out?

Pilots are billed upfront for 30 or 60 days and they are risk-free: cancel before the pilot ends and you get a full refund. There is a check-in halfway through to make sure the dashboard is actually matching how your homes work.

Does the price go up if we continue?

No. The pilot rate carries on afterwards. There are no setup fees and no customisation fees, during the pilot or later.

Do we have to roll it out everywhere at once?

No, and we would advise against it. One home, or a few, makes a controlled pilot that produces data worth deciding on before anything goes network-wide.

We only want falls. Do we pay for the rest?

No. The platform is modular. Falls only means falls only, and you add behaviours, hydration or skin and wounds when they make sense rather than up front.

Our corporate contracts require 30 days' notice. Yours says 90.

That gets amended. We can move to standard 30-day no-cause termination language where corporate policy requires it.

Can we ask for changes after we have started?

Any time, at no charge. Custom columns, graphs, quarters, year-over-year trends and measures like falls per 100 resident-days get added on request. A specialised unit asking for a behaviour to be split into two is a couple of weeks, not a release cycle.

What one operator measured

0 homes long-term care and retirement communities
0% less time on manual fall analysis
0% drop in non-compliance incidents
0 missed fall follow-up findings

Measured across Responsive Health Management's twelve communities. Presented as that operator's results, not as what any home should expect.
